I bought two of these for my wife and I - perfect for our iPhones and Apple Watches, and very convenient for our nightstands! I bought them in July 2023 and they’ve worked flawlessly. Recently, one of them stopped charging the iPhone. When I looked up my original order, sure enough—it was 2 weeks past the expiration of the 2-year warranty! I reached out to Geekera Support and “Darcy” responded quite pleasantly, offering a free replacement, which I received within 4 days! Update: Credit where credit is due, GEEKERA stood by their product and made things right. Lots of respect for good companies. Most likely a defect in the product I received, but I’ll test that out my replacement and update again. The build quality seems decent, and it charges my devices, but the charge is a bit slower than some other chargers I have. Also, the indicator light that is supposed to indicate when charging is complete, or if there is an error, stopped working after 2 days. Read more

UPDATE: After I posted my original review (see below), someone from the company reached out to me and offered to send a replacement unit to try to address the one issue I raised with the Watch Charger. A few days later the replacement arrived and worked perfectly. So now I can say: Great looking product, great support and works well. The product is one of the best looking 3-in-1 apple chargers I could find. It is nice and compact and fits and looks great on a desk or night stand. It has a solid and professional look. So I really wanted to love it. But unfortunately it does not work consistently. It seems to charge my phone OK even with the leather case I have. The same for my Air Pods Pro (although the placement is quite sensitive). But the Apple Watch charging only works sporadically./intermittently. I tried it with 3 different apple watches (a 4, 8 and ultra). All had the same issue. The watch would start charging but then randomly stop charging, make a "ding" noise, light up the apple watch display and thens start charging again. It looks like it looses the charge/contact and then restarts. It means that (a) it takes very long to complete a full charge and (b) I suspect is really bad for the battery (for 1 full charge it is like your are putting it on the charger 50 times). I even ordered a 2nd one to see if it would be different, but it was worse and it looked like I received a used/open box item that was missing a cable and the stand showed visible wear and tear. Love this charger! A friend had it in the guestroom and I do have an iphone, apple watch and airpods and love that it accommodates all 3. I throw my apple watch on it when working so I have a good charge when going to sleep to track my sleep (since the apple watch battery cannot make it through the night!) It does a great job for my phone and watch! I unfortunately can’t get it to charge my AirPods no matter how hard I try. It’s very sleek and charges quickly. Overall I’ll keep using it, just unfortunate that 1/3rd of the product is unusable. Read more

Update: customer service has been great. They shipped a replacement that is working just fine. I’ll update again in a month if I start having issues again. The compactness is great, however I've been using this charger for about a month now and the phone charger is not working. In the middle of the night you can see the light on the phone come on and the charging sign go on. Then you can hear it go off and then on again. Last night I made sure it was on the charger properly, the charging sign on. This morning - the phone never charged. Its not the phone because I've tested it with both my daughter and husbands charges. Wanted to love this, but it a definite no go! Read more
