I needed hats for 12 friends for my birthday/Christmas in July party pool party. Couldn’t find what I wanted so I bought these and some iron on patches. The hats are well made and great quality and worked perfectly for my project. They are sturdy and held their shape while I used an iron to apply the patches as I don’t have a hat press. Smells gross and one set of 12 had 4 damaged hats. They came out of the package, from the seller, marked by a red arrow sticker. The damage: black string inside white brim (can’t be fixed, it’s between layers), torn fabric, snagged threads, and split section of brim. Nice shape, excellent fit, great price for bulk, and adjustment snaps well. These blank trucker hats don’t seem cheap like other styles. Putting them out in the sun to see if the smell dissipates - nobody wants to smell like that. Hoping to iron patches onto these at a ladies craft party in two days. The other two sets had no issues at all, which is why I give them 3 stars (minus 1 for smell and 1 for damage). I would’ve given 4 stars if they only smelled bad, as long as the smell disappeared.
