I PURCHASED A SET OF 2 GE 25W BULBS, OF WHICH ONE DOES NOT WORK. IT IS TOO MUCH OF A HASSLE FOR ME TO RETURN THIS DAMAGED ITEM.GE SHOULD BE ASHAMED TO SEND A DAMAGED ITEM.
