I am too short to wear flats but too old to put up with uncomfortable shoes. As such, I have a whole closetful of comfy but clunky Sorel, Ugg, and Toms wedge heels. These booties are a breath of fresh air and a nice departure from those. They manage to stay comfortable while still appearing graceful. - Toe is gracefully pointy without being overly pointy - Heel offers a nice wide base for stability but the taper up to the boot allows it to look less chunky - The suede firmly hugs my foot but has enough give to not squeeze too tightly - The foot bed is somewhat cushioned and reasonably comfortable, though maybe just a smidge less comfy as some of my wedges - It definitely has a are more delicate silhouette from the wedges - The come up high so I thought these would shorten my alredy short leg but the narrow ankle shape helps keep the line long. - The ankle, though narrow, is wide enough to let me tuck very skinny jeans into the top without rolling up and without looking weird (bonus!) Overall I'm pretty happy with these and appreciate that they could make a non-wedge heel for comfort. However, they are pricey (even more expensive then most of my name brand shoes in this range), so I'm not sure I'd necessarily pay full price for these. That said, they are one of my favorites this season, so it's definitely a good pick if you prioritize form and function over budget. Read more

Genuine leather and a beautiful classic design, this is the perfect lady's boot for a night out. Heel is about 2.5 inches, and more cushion than I expected inside for the sole. Maybe the only thing to mention as a caveat is that this leather is the real deal: meaning it will easily show signs of aging after a few times out. Most of the time this adds to the elegance of leather but sometimes, if it's exposed to bad weather or a marathon race (unlikely to help you win tbh), then it's not going to last long. Of course these are to be expected, but the price point is very substantial and so, I'd advise taking good care of it to get the most out of it. Read more

I'm not the biggest fan of the heel shape but that's what in style right now so I'm going with it. The boots are so cute with a long sleeve dress with leggings. They also look great under dress pants. They are quite versatile and I plan on wearing them until they drop. True to size fit. Read more
