I have three colors in these and they are beautifully designed and very comfortable right out of the box. They look great on with skirts or jeans. I comparison shopped and found the best price on Amazon of all the retailers. The shoes are very plain and understated, but elevate an outfit because of the sleekness on the foot. I usually wear a size 8, which would have fit without socks, but I decided to go with a size 8.5 for a little more room. I think these might run a bit narrow. Read more

I am sorry to say how very disappointed I am that anyone would send a product in this shameful condition to any customer! Even more disappointing it’s a very expensive and very nice boot that I have been looking for for years. These beautiful boots first of all were obviously already worn. You could see the worn areas on the inside where they rubbed together we all know about that. Beyond that on the foot of the boot inside the boot the whole front section of the toe was completely missing! Since I haven’t even heard anything from gentle souls by Kenneth Cole about my return I have to assume they’re not interested in what could’ve been potential good customers for future purchases! I certainly will follow up with everyone that was as excited as I was about these beautiful boots I had purchased .. hope you at least understand why you didn’t get any stars at all!
