These were a gift for all the readers in my house who lose their bookmarks all the time, usually due to the books being moved about and whatever small piece of paper holding the page has slipped out. These little sprouts are small but grippy. No one has complained of one falling out yet. beautiful book marker for my Bible. i had the little leaves marker and they are cute too but stem not long enough to hold in place. these rose markers are perfect. stem is long enough to lodge in place and how beautful to see the rose extending from the Bible. got the blue Poseys too and equally beautiful with long stems. love these markers. I just love my little sprouts! I was getting irritated with myself because I have started reading a lot again, and I didn't have any bookmarks, so I was dog-earing my books to save my spot. For some reason, it was really bothering me, plus, I lent several of my books out to people, and I hate doing that with dog-eared books.
