This dress is adorable, I gave it 4 stars because of the ruffles across the tummy. The ruffles are not as smooth as the one I purchased before. I’m definitely being very picky about the look, the material looks like it could snag easily ( referring to the ruffle only) but you cannot go wrong with this outfit especially at this price, because there are others out there selling for $30… it’s made well, the cotton is strong and will withstand several washings!
