I generally don't order items which don't have heavy reviews. But for this one, I specifically had to order it because it had several check marks that I was looking for. It could fit in corners, it looked great, the levels could be adjusted, plenty of storage space and I can put fairy lights, use it in diverse manners anywhere! It can also be easily rotated when put together. I would definitely say that putting it together was a nightmare. It took some time, there are so many parts and it makes sense because it is not entirely symmetrical and has very well thought up details. Investing time in putting together was difficult. I had to call customer support, they were indeed very helpful. At one point I had almost lost patience and was going to return it. But trust me, it did work great and I am glad I kept going on. The diagrams and labelling could be better. But overall the product is indeed perfect for my use. Its definitely worth investing in!! Read more
Took me about 3 tries to get it together, at one point the instructions have you start top to bottom and that totally threw me off, but otherwise I managed to get it all together and it fits perfectly in my daughters nook. I’ve received many compliments Read more
Absolutely beautiful and sturdy! I would definitely recommend two people assemble this. Read more
I would give this a 4.5/5! Bought this shelving unit for my new apartment which was lacking in the storage department. To start out the package was HEAVY, it was 31 Kg, and took a bit for me to move inside. When I opened it, everything was neatly organized and packaged tightly! Putting it together wasn’t too much of a challenge, it did take a couple of hours to do so on my own, I recommend help if you have some around! It was definitely hard to connect all the taller pieces, but doable! (I’m under 5 ft 2 in, so on the shorter side) Likes: I love the look of this unit, and how easy it is to change it around to fit a corner, or even reverse it. It’s sturdy and fits all my heavy kitchen appliances neatly. I am looking forward to using the hooks for something! Additionally, I have an uneven floor, so the adjustable feet were a life saver! Problems: 1. one of the screws, specifically screw F (pictured), had a manufacturing error. I was unable to tighten it with the Allen wrench provided, and ended up figuring it out by using some other tools I had. 2. When installing the shelf onto the frame, the screws had to go in at a weird angle. This made it hard to know if I was screwing it in. I also recommend putting in the E screw first, then the D screw, and then go back and THEN tighten them up. As of the day after getting it delivered, I am really happy with this product. it’s clean looking, mostly easy to put together and well built. I will update if I run into any issues in the future. The media could not be loaded. I like shelving units that have a lot of open areas and try to avoid the style with a solid back or limit that kind to just books. When I want to display different things that also are easy to grab when needed I like to have shelf that can be approached from all angles rather than just from the front. Also if a shelf or piece of furniture can look neat I appreciate that as well. With this super neat looking six shelf unit I can now choose a variety of things to display due to the user friendly way it can be utilized. If you look in the center by where the two main pieces are joined by the thick cylindrical bar, I have now placed a decanter and some whiskey glasses. I normally would not display a crystal item like this because of my two cats who are always getting into trouble knocking things over. With the neat wat the venter is structured you can house a fragile item in between the middle post and the two main pieces you join together. This then gives the item on the shelf a bit of natural protection from either children's or pets. I love everything about this shelf and feel it is a five star item because it is about as fully realized as a creative domestic type of shelving can be. I emphasize this because this comes in a bunch of pieces and is assembled from a small rectangular box. With shelves that come in a bunch of pieces I often am skeptical not only for missing parts but with instruction manual discrepancies as well. I am happy to say had absolutely no misprints or wrong parts and the directions were easy to understand. The assembly is a bit tedious and took me around an hour to complete by myself. This is something one person can do as long as you be smart about the step where you connect the two main parts . What makes this super neat is you can switch up the way it is constructed with the middle cylinder like bars allowing for different formations. You can have it so it is crimped in to fit a corner or you can have it flat to the wall. There are wall mounting brackets so you have the option to pull the unit close to the wall and have it totally stable. I chose to not use those wall mounting brackets but rather optioned to have it slightly crimped inward and open. I like the wood quality with the stain color used being a darker brown with a greyness to it also. I like how the wood slabs have one end cut to an oval like shape which contributes to a better display. I had fun assembling this and was happy there were different sized of allen wrenches included which prevented me from having to dig through my tool bag. As can be seen in the vide clip included I have placed some records on one side which weigh a lot. The shelf handled the weigh nicely. The feet each have accompanying circular extension pieces that can be adjusted easily by turning them clockwise. In conclusion I am very satisficed with this multi tier shelf unit and recommedn it. I needed another set of shelves in the garage and really like these for around the workbench. The size between the shelves are larger than average and can hold big tools or boxes, which is what I wanted it for. HOwever, it IS a great set of shelves and I would have considered it for other rooms if I needed more or new shelves in there. I didn't-- so I am using them in the workshop. But, they are nice for bedrooms, dens, and some living rooms, too. I was going to use these in corner figuration, but you can hold more items on them if you keep them straight, so that's what I'm doing. Very nice. Easy to put together, but a little time consuming and heavy and cumbersome. Nice item. Recommended. Read more
