I already have a handheld steamer, so I was resistant to purchasing another, however, I really wanted a floor attachment. I was mainly looking for something I could use to do a quick steaming of the carpet (I didn't want a carpet shampooer). This has a carpet glider attachment that makes running it across the carpet so easy. (It also does a good job on dog beds while you are at it!) The carpet glider attachment is easy to click on and off, so you can just go right to the hard floors. What I also like about this steamer is that the water reservoir can be refilled at any time - with other steamers, you have to wait until the unit is cooled down in order to open it and refill. The attachments are easy to put on and take off, the cord is pretty long, and it heats up very quickly. There are enough attachments to do just about any job you need to do with a steamer. The media could not be loaded. This steam cleaner has been working really well for me. The steam is strong — you can actually feel the heat, and the floors stay warm right after, which makes it feel like it’s really cleaning. I also like that you don’t have to keep holding a trigger. You press it once and it keeps steaming on its own, which makes the whole process a lot easier. The cord length is great too. My house is fairly big and most steam cleaners end up being too short, but this one reached across the room without me having to switch outlets. It’s lightweight, easy to move around, and comes with several attachments. I mainly use it for the floors, and it does a really good job — the pad got dirty right away even though I clean often. I was looking for an adorable streamer and this was it. I looked at several of the reviews and videos & chose this. The best for me was the versatility in the handles. It’s easy to setup and easy to use. My only downfall is I wish it picked up bit better. Some spots I had to go over several times or let it sit on it for a while. I mean it does a decent job for my floors (wood like laminate). I can’t see it being great for deep cleaning. Read more

Do not buy! Worked great the first few months. Used it less than 10 times in 4 months and now it will not steam and shuts off. I have done all of the troubleshooting with no resolution. It is past the return time. Read more
