I am very disappointed with these lighters. They do not work, and you cannot return them. If you make the mistake of purchasing them, you will receive the runaround. I attempted to return the lighters, but the customer service representative informed me that they vendor would be mailing me a return address label in my email in 5 days for return. I suggested that I could return them by mail, but the representative informed me that I would have to wait on the vendor return shipping label with the right address. I told him that I did not consider this to be fair, but he informed me that this was the policy. The attached picture is all that it does. You can turn the flame all the way up all the way down somewhere in the middle and it doesn't do the ghost flame. If you're buying this for that reason don't buy it, it doesn't do it. If you don't mind the fact that it doesn't do it and you just want a standard lighter go for it. Read more
