Fantastic dishes!
These dishes are great! The color is a deep shade of a green that is kind of a dark army green, and the bottom side of the dishes are brown. They are well made and were packaged superbly, and arrived in perfect condition with not one single break or chip. I originally ordered two sets, but loved them so much and realized that would not be enough with our entire family here, so I ordered two more sets. Again, expertly packaged, no breakage. I really love the salad plate / pasta bowl…….it is so great! The regular bowl is the perfect size for cereal, soup or ice cream, and the plates are also perfect sizes. These are great dishes. So pretty - not very scratch resistant
These dishes are so pretty! I love the scallop detail on the edges and the weight of them- they’re heavy. I have the blue set (a very gray blue) and the white set because I couldn’t decide on just 1 color! I’m bummed that after only a few uses, the white ones are already scratched though - pictured. They hold up great in the dishwasher and don’t get too hot on the microwave. Just wish they were more scratch resistant since they get used everyday. Read more
Just what I was looking for
I wanted a Gothic medieval vibe for dishware and this fit perfectly. I love the shape, the texture and the matte color finish, the dishes have a good thickness and weight to them. I think it is just perfect. I wish they had mugs to go with the set is my only negative comment! Read more
Beautiful but fragile
Beautiful, but fragile. A bowl broke while hand washing and a plate broke while stacking. Never used in microwave or dishwasher. These are unfortunately not meant for daily use, or to last. Read more
Good plates, bad style
Really like the color and size of the plates and bowls. With that said, I put them in the box to return them because they would not fit into the tines of the dishwasher or the drying rack. And then I pulled them out to use...and put them back to return. I REALLY liked them. Figured out I could stack them backwards and make it work. In hind sight I probably should have returned them because honestly, it is a hassle. It is the style right now to have the lip on the plates, but it is not user friendly. Have to give them a 5 because there's nothing wrong with the plates themselves, just wouldn't buy this style again. Read more
