I haven't had it long but so far here is my review. pros...Looks nice, easy to use, doesn't pull my hair, easy to switch from curler to straightener, gets hot very fast, 4 heat settings. This will be great for travel, 2 tools in one. Cons...the instruction manual is not in English so I don't know if this has an automatic turnoff or not. The straightener doesn't clamp tight, you have to hold the ends for it to be tight. It's not a huge deal just takes a bit longer than I'm used to. There is a place to hold it so you're not getting burned. Read more
