These are the best razors I have ever used. I used to buy the large pack from CostCo, but I don't have a membership anymore and I truly must say that I would rather buy from Amazon anyway. These are inexpensive and give my legs a super-smooth look and feel. I cannot think of one reason not to buy these. Price is right, performance is great and buying from Amazon is so easy. I've used a couple different brands over the years, but these Gillette ones are my favorite for cost, comfort, and durability. I like to smack the neck of the razor against the rim of my sink to knock out beard hairs during my shave, and all the other razors have the head fly off and into the bowl after a few shaves. These Gillette ones can take it and keep on going until long after the blade is dull and terribly uncomfortable to use. I won't go with another brand. I was a little concerned about these blades, they had white lube strips, never saw them before, but I was used to the blue strips, those that Costco used to sell. Let me tell you that I have been shaving with this older product for several months now, occasionally going back to my (few left) blue strip originals, and, these ssensor2's are actually far superior than any of the other choices, I have an angry, mature man's beard, grey hairs, very tough to a razor, these razors last me at least 7 shavings, no cuts, no mess, I respectfully throw them into the trash after a week, and move onto another. Those white lube strips wear down evenly, preventing cuts from irregular wear patterns. Take my word, these are my new, best razors for this heavy bearded, shave against the grain beard man. Simple, light, and effective. Sharp blades on an inexpensive enough razor that I don't mind throwing out at the first hint of dulling. I'm the type of cheapskate that would try to drag extra weeks of use out of all the costly disposables I used. Yes, their blades were great, but these do the job just as well. My beard is thick, with curly hairs, and abusive to razors. I usually get ingrown hairs. They seem to be on the wane with these razors. I recommend them without hesitation. Read more

I used to use Gillette's Custom Pivot Plus regularly. But it has been unavailable from my usual source, a local Target store. So I purchased the Gillette Good News! Pivot Plus razors from Amazon. (I should say that I have tried shaving with Gillette's three blade razors in the past and do NOT like them nor will I buy them.) The Pivot Plus razors seem to be identical with the older Custom Pivot Plus except for their color. I have now used the Pivot Plus for several months and usually use each one for a week. Not all customers will have the same experience due to the difference in our beards. But I am very satisfied and when these are used up I will purchase more. R. Williams Read more
