This is a wonderful value pack of cotton panties for older girls. My 13 year old wears a size 8 in women's but doesn't like the coverage of adult underwear and still prefers girl's. I ordered the size 14-16 for her and they fit perfectly. They're technically a cotton blend with 95% cotton 5% spandex for just a bit of stretch and to prevent them from getting all stretched out too quickly. The cotton gusset makes these even more high end as they're completely sewn and an extra cotton layer of protection. The colors are neutral yet cute and on trend for tween girls.
