I needed a replacement for a nuisance copper bottle that I couldn't stand anymore. I wanted something much easier to clean. I have arthritis, and also needed something that was easier to unscrew and comfortable to hold. This bottle is perfect! It has a wide mouth that is easy to clean and unscrew. I can comfortably hold it with or without the neoprene sleeve, and it has a convenient and sturdy loop too. The glass is thick so I'm not worried about it's durability over time, but I like to keep the sleeve on it because between me and my cat, it gets knocked over frequently. I really enjoy using this glass bottle and my water tastes great too. I highly recommend it! I do wish the sleeves came in other colors. Read more

Every water bottle has its place. There is nothing like a good chug bottle. This bottle has a wide opening that is great for chugging water. Glass is also a material choice that has its place. This bottle is clear and easy to see that it is crystal clean. I can’t say that about one of the silicon water bottles I had that got moldy. Who knows how long I was drinking moldy water from that! This water bottle even came with a cleaning set, so that is a nice touch. Beyond the obvious need to be a little careful with glass, it is pretty solid. It is a bit tall, so it is a bit top heavy when full. It holds 32oz when filled all the way up to just below the threads. The neoprene sleeve is a nice touch. It probably won’t save it from a drop, but cushy enough to prevent glass breakage from tip overs. There is a slight odor to the neoprene that I assume will fade with time. It does have a nice fabric handle to carry it around. I found it is also easiest to put the bottle in the neoprene sleeve by holding the handle while maneuvering the bottle into the neoprene The lid is solid and screws on nicely. While it is a bit cumbersome as you need to use two hands to open it, it serves its purpose. The bottle doesn’t leak, and you don’t need to crank it down tight to achieve that. The threads on the bottle a bit awkward on the lips, but you get used to it. Overall, it is a nice bottle for certain situations. Read more

I picked up this 32 oz glass bottle as a cleaner-tasting alternative to plastic for daily water. The borosilicate glass feels solid but not overly heavy, and it handles both chilled water and hotter drinks without any weird taste or noticeable temperature stress. I rarely use mine for hot liquids, but I did take some tea on the go yesterday and it worked surprisingly well. The neoprene sleeve makes it more comfortable to hold, adds a bit of protection, and helps with condensation so it doesn’t soak everything in a bag. The wide mouth makes it easy to add small ice cubes and also simplifies cleaning (with the included bottle brush). The only drawback is that, even with the sleeve, it’s still a glass bottle I have to be careful not to drop on hard surfaces. Haven't shattered it yet, fingers crossed.
