They fit perfectly in my 2019 Mini Cooper S. The connection tabs work well. You will need to cut the hole for them to pass through into the floor. They lip is pretty high, so they should work well to catch a spill. The reason why I only gave 4 stars is that I wish the inside ridges were a bit taller. I still prefer the WeatherTech with the deep rubber lines to keep liquids from sloshing, but a counter to that is that these will be easier to clean. I was disappointed with these floor mats. The material feels cheap and thinner than expected, and the finishing is rough around the edges. One of the mats even arrived with a cut in it, which makes it look like it won’t last long. The fit is okay but not really tailored the way it’s advertised. These mats are ok. They'll contain liquid that is spilled or snow that comes off boots, etc. They are pliable, not rigid, and will probably not rip or lose their elasticity. They're just slightly a bit small as you can see in the pictures. That is however common amongst all of the auto specific mats I've had. I don't know why that is either! There are small gripping ridges on the bottom side to grip the rug. Unfortunately, they do not provide enough grip. The drivers mat tends to slide forward toward the pedals, a very common problem for all mats. There are little plastic screws / pins provided that you can use to attach the rubber mat to the rug mat below, but that requires cutting a hole in the rubber mat and the rug mat. It's a big hassle. Instead, I use velcro strips on all of my mats, both rubber and rug in all of my cars. It's a much better and easier way to prevent slipping. Read more
