Poor packaging/damaged

The media could not be loaded. I’m so sad I even have to write this. I’ll start with the positive things first: 1. The jacket is super cute! It’s comfy lightweight and surprisingly warm. It definitely completed the look for my outfit. Now the negative part: Due to poor packaging the jacket arrived damaged. It’s folded really nice but then it’s vacuum sealed and I think because of that the sticker type print sticks together. Luckily I noticed it sticking so I took my time to pull it apart using qtips with water to slowly pull it apart. The lettering did get messed up but it wasn’t a big breaker. The part that really made me upset was that the pink lettering stained the white sleeve and I’ve tried everything to get it off and I can’t. I want to return it but I can’t because I’m not going to be able to get another one by tomorrow which is when I need it. I’m hoping that since it’ll be dark in the clurb where we all fam nobody will see it and call me out on it. Also, I wish it had real pockets. Read more
