So many swaddles are sold in the 40x40 size, and I find it a bit overwhelming to deal with so much fabric on a little newborn - especially living in Florida where it's warm. Ordered these blankets for baby care packages that I am assembling to send to a very warm country. I wanted lightweight blankets and these are very lightweight and very soft. I think they will be perfect for what I am using them for; but if you are looking for a blanket with any weight or thickness don’t get these.
