This is a very nice camping string light by Glocusent. This light is very compact and easy to carry around using the handle or you can actually hang the light. A great feature of this light is that you charge it using solar which is great if you are camping in the great outdoors. The string lights add a party feel to the lights when you have them on. They flicker and give you different patterns that you can choose from. When you are done, there is a knob that you can use to wind them up and store them easily inside the light case. If you choose not to use the string lights, the main body of the light also provides a good amount of light. You can actually dim the lights or you can also brighten them up as well. The only thing that was a little weird is turning the lights off. It felt like I had to cycle through different settings to get them off. Once I had the strings lights off and then had to turn off the main body. It is not a big issue but a remote might be good. Overall, they are good fun lights. This light is easy to carry around and having a solar charge is wonderful and gives you the ability to charge another device if needed. Read more

This is a really neat concept for lighting on the go. I don't do a lot of camping, but I do attend local celebrations like 4th of July fireworks and these are going to be great for lighting up my section so my family can find us. I also think these would be fun for local parades and events where you could wrap your body in the lights, and put the controller in a (large) pocket. The controller is a bit big, but very light. The controller part has a winder that you use to roll the lights back into the body of the controller. It is really smooth, because the lights are almost flush with the cording. The cord also ends in a piece that has a hook, so it can be attached to something for hanging them up. You can change the color of the lights and the flashing pattern. There are lots of options that are controlled by the buttons on the body of the controller. Be aware that the pictures in the page for this item aren't all showing the right color patterns. The main picture shows large groups of the same color, but that isn't how the items LEDs are arranged. The colors are like the rest of the pictures, where they show white, blue, red, and green repeats. For the 12.99, it's a fun light set. Read more

This Glocusent camping string light measuring 4.6" x 1.6" is an impressive, compact companion for outdoor adventures. The build quality feels solid, and the unit arrived fully charged and ready for use. The 33ft string lights have a durable, slightly elastic vinyl-like feel with the LEDs safely encased inside, making them easy to handle. I particularly appreciate the integrated rotary reel, which allows you to extend and retract the lights in seconds without any tangling. The functionality is excellent, offering multiple modes for both the lamp and string lights that range from emergency signals to cozy ambiance. Having both solar and USB-C charging options adds great peace of mind for off-grid use, and the built-in USB-A power bank is a handy bonus for emergency phone boosts. While some higher-priced models offer larger battery capacities, this unit provides several days of overnight lighting on a single charge, which is fantastic value. The controls are intuitive, and the four-level battery indicator keeps you informed of your power status. Whether used for a patio, a tent, or even a child's bedroom, this is a reliable and feature-rich lighting solution. Read more

These are amazingly pretty lights that come in a small spool that holds a LONG length of the lights safely until you want to use them. I hung mine up in a daughter's bedroom (Because princesses always have fairy lights in their room of course!) and they are SO pretty and really add a touch of fun to the decor! The lights can be charged either by their solar panel on the case or by plugging in with a standard sized charging port and they charge quickly and shine brightly. The colors on the string are red, white, green and blue and they are tiny and well protected so that they can be put pretty much anywhere! I'm still working out the many blinking and lighting patterns available and how you set the timer for the lights to turn off, but I can tell that these will continue to enchant the princess and to be a beloved bedroom accessory! Now, I just have to order a set for our picnic table umbrella! Read more
