Background -------------- I bought this wrist rest so that I can try to get used to a new mechanical keyboard that I bought recently (Keychron K6). I am new to the mechanical keyboard community so I definitely wanted to try to make the K6 work for me instead of having to order a new keyboard. I have decided that the tallness of the K6 has made me want another keyboard, but that does not take away from this wrist rest! Quality --------- This wrist rest is by far the best I've experienced so far! I've tried over a dozen of the foam wrist rests, and none of them helped me considerably. This wrist rest was elegantly made for 60% or 65% keyboards. It's a bit shorter than my keyboard overall, but that does not downgrade the experience whatsoever! I still feel like I could comfortably use this if I needed to do a lot of typing. It feels great and compliments any setup really well! Other Information ---------------------- I am refunding this item due to the fact that this isn't how I like using my keyboard. I move my keyboard around a lot and don't do a lot of typing normally. This wrist rest's strengths are definitely to help out with typing more efficiently and more comfortably. I haven't used it a lot gaming because I turn my keyboard inward toward myself as I play, so I usually just move the wrist rest out of my way. TL;DR ------- Overall, if you're in the market for a wooden wrist rest that feels great, looks great, and has the quality despite being fairly inexpensive, I'd pick this particular brand up! There's really not much to say, its a piece of carved wood with black finish and rubber feet. With that being said, it makes my keyboard much more comfortable to type on and I have no complaints worth knocking it down a star. As far as price its comparable to most other options I've seen on amazon and would say its on par as far as value for money. The finish is thick enough to give a uniform feel so I don't feel the wood grain very much. One thing I will mention is I didn't realize it was 4 inches wide, so it does take up A lot of space and kind of goes against the idea of a compact 65% keyboard in my opinion.(I would have preferred a 3 or 3 1/2 inch.) I personally use a GMMK2 65% and one thing that did bug me slightly was that the keyboard was about 3mm longer than the wrist wrest, which isn't a big deal, but I figured they would be a perfect match. Pros - Thick finish gives a uniform feel - Rubber feet keep it from moving it all Cons - about 3mm too short for GMMK2 60% (not a huge deal, but figured they would be a perfect match) Read more

I had a suspicion about using a wood block as a wrist rest. I’ve also been spoiled by a really nice, hybrid aluminum wrist rest with a textured, rubber coating that came with a flagship Cherry keyboard I purchased from Amazon years back (which I did a review for). But mini keyboards are the most efficient builds these days so I needed a matching, mini wrist rest and this was one of three available which I liked. So walking into this review, I’ll try and be as impartial as I can but also short. Pros: + Wrist rests come in different sizes to match different keyboard form factors + Quality finish on the product Cons: - The wrist rest slopes, then plateaus out in the middle which I found odd. My wrists are used to a complete slope, like a ramp so it felt weird at first. Not the biggest Con in the world but the shape of the wrist rest is not my preference - The wrist rest is just not as comfortable as man-made alternatives. I would not say the wrist rest is uncomfortable but I’ve rested my wrists on better - There is a gash on the wrist rest that was finished over with the rest of the product. It looks out of place to me but who knows, someone might say it gives it “character” (not me, I think it looks out of place). So yeah, expect manufacturing inconsistencies right out the box, which was crushed in on side by the way. Unusual to see that from an Amazon shipment So to wrap up, if you’re looking for a functional, good quality wrist rest for a mini-keyboard, this is a solid pick but not my personal preference. Just recently switched to a 60% ducky mini keyboard and looked all over the internet to try and find a wrist rest to fit it and this glorious gaming wrist rest does just that it fits perfectly aligned to a ducky and the comfort is superb! The angled top to the wood gives it a very comfortable feel to the wrist making it great for typing/ gaming for long periods of time and its super easy to clean and is super sturdy. The bottom has nice grips on both ends of the wood so you can be rest assured that the wrist rest wont slip or move while in use. This wrist rest is miles more comfortable than any other wrist rest that I've had in the past. ( you might might be thinking wooden wrist rest? this cant be comfortable) and I'm here to confirm that it is miles more comfortable than the padded wrist rest from the razer ornata that I had previously. I would recommend this glorious wrist rest to anyone who wants both quality and comfort. Photos provided so you can see the arch in the middle of the wrist rest that helps with keeping your rest comfortable. Also I have provided a photo of the bottom of the rest itself so you can see the grips, and they really do keep it from moving at all ! I have not had one single problem with it moving or slipping not one bit and it is very comfortable on the wrist. I give this a 10/10!!!! Anyways Stay safe out there people Peace and love <3 If you have any more questions about this product please feel free to shoot me a email arthurpetersIII@gmail.com Read more
