I got this on suggestion of someone at my Pilates studio. More for electrolytes- even though I realized that isn’t what it’s for. After using for a couple weeks my knee that is bone on bone was hurting less and requiring no meds. It is not marketed for this but after a deeper dive into the ingredients I can only assume it’s the Collagen. Thrilled. Tastes great, makes me drink that much more water daily. If my skin or hair or nails improve that would be wonderful too. Read more
I read that Jane Seymour takes an antioxidant elixir each day so I looked them up. Just started. Face already less dry and looks better/outbreak due to HRT. Will update in a month. Tastes good. Read more

I like this drink a lot! I have auto delivery from another company but they informed me that there would be a delay until who knows when. I have a big drink container which has grips/measurements, loop to carry & lock so it doesn’t spill. I have this item on my subscribe & save, a little higher priced here but willing to pay a little more just to get it. I’m not sure how much my skin glows but wanted more for the collegan & other benefits that are described on product details. Also not to sweet but I add ice to keep it cool since it’s 114 in Az.
