I’m not sure what all the hype is about with this product, but I finally gave in and purchased it. I used it faithfully for three weeks exactly as instructed. Unfortunately, I saw no real results, in fact, my skin felt more irritated than improved. All I noticed was a temporary tightening sensation when applying the product (what little was left in the bottle), similar to any other cream or lotion that claims to firm the skin. By the next day, everything looked the same, sagging, and lines, no plumping, no visible improvement. I’m giving it four stars only because the packaging was nice and the return process was hassle-free and to avoid having my review buried or removed. Otherwise, I’d give it one star. This is actually the first review I’ve ever written, but I felt compelled to share because it’s a lot of money to waste. Take my advice: don’t fall for the hype. I just requested a return and, so far, the process has been hassle-free. Let’s hope there are no issues once they receive the product, even though about two-thirds of it has been used.
