This office chair mat works great! It fits perfectly for my setup. It feels very sturdy and my office chair stays in place and doesn't slide around unless I push hard enough to roll it in a specific direction. I have this on carpet and have had no issues with it. The item was well packaged and had no damage. It's tempered glass so I try to make sure my office chair doesn't roll too close to the edges but it has happened a few times and no cracks occurred. I bought this for my son. He needed a floor mat for his desk chair. I wanted to get him something that would last him a long time on different types of flooring and for his chair to move easily. He has a thick carpet in his room now, but who knows in the future. My son was concerned when he saw that it was made of glass, even though it is tempered, that it would break. I am happy to report my son has been using it daily for about two months and absolutely loves it!! Not one scratch or crack. His chair glides smoothly no matter the direction.
