The reason I started taking this supplement is that I was experiencing severe knee joint pain. I had had shots into my knee which only helped for a few days at most. I was considering some type of surgery on it. Then I started doing research on what other people were doing about their knee pain. Which ultimately led me to Amazon. I came across THIS supplement. I was real sceptical about this supplement working. I tried it that night after I got it. The next morning my knee had improved so much just overnight, that I was hooked on this miracle medicine. I took 3 pills a day for 3 weeks, and the pain is nearly GONE. Then I started taking just 2 pills/1 in the morning/1 before bed. the effect still works. After 4 weeks, I feel great, no more pain. All of my joints feel good. But at age 62, I feel better than I have in several years. I highly recommend this supplement ! FYI: Other people complain about the smell of the supplement. The smell is from turmeric. A spice often used in dill pickles. This spice can also cause upset stomachs, and gas. I can only take 1 PILL, two or three times a day for this reason.
