A steal for the price if it fits your needs. STURDY = well built etc but also STIFF (aka Stable) - it holds position like a rock even with VERY HEAVY GAMING/ENGINEERING LAPTOP. Good if you have a heavy laptop OR don't need to change yours often. If you do fiddle with external monitor height a lot, and have a lighter laptop, just know there is some decent force required to get it to move and likely you will need to move your laptop off the stand to adjust it.
