This is just really good post training soap that cleans well and protects you from being patient zero on the mats. It's a pretty good alternative to Defense soap. Smells exactly what you think it would smell like - a strong Tea Tree oil smell and not really much else. Literally the only knock I have with the soap is it does not really build up to a foamy lather like your typical body wash. You pretty much take a small amount of the soap and just slick your body up and hold from dramatic effect while it does its thing. Good soap, great company.
