I’ve dealt with lower back pain for years, and more recently hip bursitis that flares up at night. I’ve tried magnesium before - sprays, pills - but never felt like it did much. I decided to try this cream because I read it has double the magnesium strength of most others, and I liked the idea of a cream absorbing faster and better through the skin. It’s only been a couple of nights, but I can already feel the difference. I rub it into my lower back and legs before bed, and it really calms the pain down. The past two nights, I’ve actually slept through the night without waking up in pain. That hasn’t happened in a long time! My husband tried it too for his knee pain and now wants his own jar. I was a little disappointed when i received my first order and saw how small the jar was for the price i paid. But I'm using it and am very happy with the product. It feels really nice on the skin. No weird residue or stickiness. And does seem to help me fall asleep better. I am very glad to find something without coconut oil in it. Read more

I get leg cramps nearly every night and often multiple times during the night. I have tried various products from pills, to drinks, to foam, to cream, with mixed results. I find this cream to be beneficial in easing the cramps when massaged into the offending area. Whether it is the cream, or the massage, I can't say. I will add that I use it in combination with other products - throw everything at the problem. The cream is light, doesn't really have a smell, and absorbs well. I can't say for sure that it helps, but my cramps ease and I am able to go back to sleep. Read more
We can say that this moisturizes your skin but I’m not sure that it is effective for relaxing the muscles as much as it stated. We’ll keep using it to see if we notice any difference. Read more
