I purchased these a couple months ago and I am really happy with them. They were super easy to install (coming from someone who had never installed a door knob before.) Beautiful, sturdy door handles in matte black! Even came with a strike plate! We love it! Bought over 12 sets! The only caveat? They don't come with a key lock. Every time I ordered one, the company sends me passage door handles. Read more
Awesome knobs - one defective
I LOVE these door knobs and they are the perfect color! I needed exactly 9 of them so that was perfect as well. I am just now getting around to hanging the doors in the house I bought over a year ago and one of these is defective and can't be installed. The spindle won't go through the latch mechanism. Apparently these can only be ordered in sets of 3 or 4....I only need one. I would be happy to send the defective one back for an exchange. Please let me know what my options are. Thank you!
