Very well made, heavy duty nylon, not the flimsy variety, this is tough fabric. Good quality zipper. For a generic bag cover, this thing is pretty much 5 stars all the way around. It's got the snaps in the right spots (for at least one side of the bag) and the velcro straps (3 at least) allow you to secure it well to the bag's perimeter. The zipper entry is adequate to gain access to your clubs. Very pleased with the purchase. Read more

I had little faith that it would fit but it is as near perfect as one can expect. I have a PING cart bag and had lost my cover. Stands up strait and looks sharp. The American flag is attached by Velcro, so you could swap it out for a different patch like on a military uniform. I titled this review "Mistakes Happen" because the American flag came upside down. This is an internation sign of distress and is often done during protests as a symbol of disrespect. If this was an oversight, no harm no foul. If yours comes upside down, please report it to Amazon. If that is how this company feels about America we don't need them. Read more

The replacement waterproof cover is of good quality. The cover has 4 swivel snaps and adjustable Velcro straps on each side and one end strap to secure the cover completely. The only sloppy touch was the American flag shipped upside down. The Flag is attached with Velcro so it was a simple fix. I am very pleased with the quality and ease of attaching to my golf bag.
