Awesome electrolyte / hydration mix, refreshing and pleasant lemon lime flavor (sort of like a mild lemonade), satisfying & refreshing to drink, mixing is easy, the powder dissolves quick with just a quick shake of the bottle, I like to use a 21 fl oz sports bottle, I have been using this for sports other than golf mostly mountain biking and hiking, and while drinking this during my rides feels like it helps me stay hydrated (no headaches or dry mouth), the sodium level is perfect at 483 mg (which uses a pink himalayan salt & a sodium chloride blend), I like that this mix is naturally flavored, however it does contain one artificial sweetener sucralose, the electrolyte mix agrees with me perfectly with no noticeable side effects. This supplement contains a blend of vitamins, C (125 mg), D (10 mcg), Niacin (7 mg), B6 (2 mg), B12 (6 mcg), Panthothenic acid (5 mg), plus mineral's/electrolytes, sodium (483 mg), calcium (50 mg), magnesium (40 mg), chloride (746 mg), potassium (300 mg), the bag includes 20 individually sealed stick packs, sometimes they can be tricky to open without scissors, but they are small and portable.
