I got this LPALNTYS 11x8ft golf net as a surprise for my husband—he's been itching to practice at home without the hour drive to the range or dealing with Philly crowds. At 10ft wide, 8ft tall, and 5.5ft deep, it tucks perfectly behind our rowhome without swallowing the whole yard. Setup was quick: fiberglass poles bend without breaking, steel base plus stakes lock it down solid even when he's unloading full swings. The 6-ply netting with double stitching shrugs off hard shots—no fraying after his first couple hundred balls, and it claims 1,500 impact tests, which seems believable so far. The dual-layer HD impact screen is the standout: clips on easily, kills bounce-back and noise, looks sharp for simulator use if he ever adds a projector/launch monitor. Balls roll right back via the sloped return system—no more chasing dimples across the grass every swing. Huge time-saver for him. Minor gripes: a few wild hooks can sneak past if he's really offline, and folding it for storage takes a bit of Tetris. I got this golf simulator screen and net combo for the backyard. With kids and dogs it can be hard to get away to practice like I used to. This setup fits in the narrow side of the back yard and keeps my balls from wandering to the neighbor's houses. It's a very heavy duty frame for a ball net. It holds it's shape well, even when I leave it up full time. It's graphite, but thicker than the football rebounder we've used that is the same style frame. The thing that sets this net apart from other rebounders (even golf ones) is that the sides are enclosed and you're able to step into the net area. It keeps the slices and shanks from getting away and has enough room to judge if the drive was how you intended it. I do recommend some weight for the legs. We get a lot of wind and pretty much have to use sandbags on all the yard stuff. A couple sandbags at HD are only about $8 and provide really good protection to keep your investment from floating away. The net quality is really good. It's a tighter grid pattern than the football/baseball/volleyball nets to keep the balls from getting through. Paired with a driving mat and (potentially) a simulator, this is a deluxe setup. After comparing several options, I finally chose this one, and it did not disappoint! The side design is very reasonable, it doesn't block the view, and it effectively prevents balls from flying sideways, making the practice space safer. The cage size fits perfectly with my home simulator, the assembly parts are complete, and the instruction manual is clear, so I was able to set it up myself.
