UPDATE: I notified the company and they said it was a difference in that batch. I sent them the info from the tubes and my order numbers and they sent me replacement tubes from the next batch and it’s back to normal. Customer service was great and I’m glad to have the product back since I couldn’t find anything comparable at this price point. Still deducting one star for unpredictability but hopefully it won’t happen again. ORIGINAL: I’ve been happily using this product for months but my last two tubes have been so runny, it won’t stay in the applicator and drips out the tube as I open and shut it. Similar results when using if you know what I mean. There’s also a bit of a yellow tint and slight odor. I thought my first tube was a bad batch and ordered a second but it’s the same so I tried using it and will be throwing it out. Doesn’t work anymore and is generally unpleasant to use now. Read more

Had some sort of very mild imbalance that cleared immediately after the first use. There was some external burning but im pretty sure thats from slight micro friction being exposed to the ingredients( i had a similar reaction to aloe lube i consistently used once) or it could be one of those cases where first time usage causes burning: similar to boric acid. Really glad i tried this because nothing else was working cuz i didnt have an actual infection and other solutions were too harsh. Also found out its good for pelvic floor/vaginismus. I used to enjoy the previous formulation. This new formulation is utter trash. It's watery, and doesn't stay in the applicator. I don't know what you think you were doing, but you ruined a good product. I will not be ordering this product in the future as it's completely useless. If I could give it zero stars, I would! Being only 23, I was very upset when I started having sex with a new partner and realized I couldn’t get wet, no matter what. No matter how horny I was, how much foreplay, anything.
