Good for pH, Capsules are sticky.
Because this is gelatin and not a vegetable capsule it melts a bit slower which isn’t a problem but is sticky when you touch it. I couldn’t use it the first night because it wouldn’t slide through. I used a moisturizing suppository instead. The following night i used it and it was easier. I wouldn’t use the applicator. I’m not sexually active and don’t feel like fumbling with those sharp edges. very uncomfortable. But this lowered by pH to a 4. I didn’t have BV. But this is very good for maintenance and encouraging a healthy vaginal environment. I suppose this would help others with smelling as well because it does seem to treat BV. Read more

This suppository is amazing …I use this all the time . It works wonders . With going through menopause , this definitely helps prevent BV and irritation. I love that it’s all natural and I don’t have to go to the dr all the time or get prescriptions. Read more
Works but PAINFUL
I've been struggling with BV and/or odor for a while now. I really think I need to do a diet overhaul go on antibiotics. This product WORKS amazingly well, but it burns pretty badly. The burn sets in overnight to where if I wasn't waking up with a baby, I might not really notice. But until baby is sleeping through the night, I don't think I can handle these multiple days in a row. Unfortunately, the odor creeps back in a day or two after I stop using these. The pH gel is a little bit gentler and works also. It's not quite as strong in terms of pain and effectiveness. Read more
