I bought one of these when they first came out. Dropped it off a rollercoaster a couple weeks ago and needed a new phone ASAP. Under the pressure to buy something that day, I decided to go back to the Pixel 3a well, and for $100 they still don't disappoint! No signs of slowing down after 3 years. Maybe a little degradation of the batter life. Great camera. Very durable too. The rollercoaster wasn't the first time I dropped that thing. Concrete, the floor, whatever. Only ever scuffed up the plastic corners but never shattered the glass. And that's without a case! There's no reason to spend more than $100 if you just need a solid workhorse of a phone. Read more

Overall a very good deal. New-ish phone with only minor cosmetic blemishes [a tiny almost invisible scratch on the very end of the glass and a slight wear spot on the fingerprint reader. Both are virtually unnoticeable.] Battery lasts a day and half easy, with my light use. Takes very nice photos and upgraded to OS 11, no problem. I have a Verizon SIM and it connected up, no problems. The bootloader however is COMPLETELY locked. I tried everything [factory resets, without the SIM card, command line utilities, etc.] It's not worth returning, since it is a good phone at a good price, but one of the selling points of a Pixel is the fact that Google provides factory images, which I cannot flash onto a bootloader locked phone. Shoot. Will have to buy from Google apparently, next time. Read more

This phone is exactly what I was looking for. There were zero scratches or damage. It looks brand new I bought this one to replace my previous Pixel 3a (after dropping it on a surface that shattered my screen). The interface is very smooth and intuitive. The size fits nicely in my hand and pockets (as a smaller person, this is a deal-breaker). The price is more than reasonable--especially for the quality you get. The camera works great, and it seems to have the same basic battery life of my previous Pixel. I listen to a lot of podcasts at work, so I only make it one day on a full charge. But I simply plug it in every night. The phone shipped quickly and actually arrived early. It was well packaged and came with a charger. But not an adapter for transferring data from your previous phone (luckily, I have one from a previous phone) There are some reviews that the phones weren't fully unlocked or didn't work with their network. My phone worked perfectly with my carrier (Ting) which runs on a CDMA network. I definitely recommend the Pixel 3a to anyone looking for a decently sized phone. Read more

I purchased a refurbished pixel 3a (g020e) from the seller CrownProducts, for some reason the same listing that it says I purchase it from is a different seller less than a week later (Prime Mobility). The sketchiness doesn't even stop there. The listing said it would include an AC Adapter, USB-C to C Cable, OTG Dongle, SIM tool, and Quick Start Guide. Nope. It came with an extremely dirty used unbranded USB-A to USB-C cable, a used lens rag, and a small Google box that had been poorly retaped shut. I needed a phone, so I continued working with it. The phone had bootloader unlocked. Major red flag, but I continued. I performed a factory reset, relocked bootloader (not at all easy you practically need a PHD to perform this without bricking the phone), and begun using the phone. I have now found that the camera and flashlight do not work. What a horrible experience. Maybe the seller will make things right, but highly doubtful. My trust with Amazon and these miscellaneous sellers is completely gone. Read more

I've had this phone for about a month and a half. The phone arrived without official packaging (plain box) with no instructions/ manual or headphones. It did come with a charger but the charger didn't work. I ended up buying a new one for $10. Based on the price and condition, I didn't view this as a negative rating. Received in new condition - no scratches, blemishes, etc. The phone arrived working great - no software issues. After a month and a half, the phone still works well. Read more

I don't know about you guys, but mine did not show up in "excellent" condition as advertised. The charging port, microphone and speaker grilled were filthy, and it was not in the OEM box. Accessories were missing too: there was no OTG adapter, SIM eject tool or transfer cable. And the battery was absolutely thrashed and not new as advertised. Read more

One of my favorite phones ever. The refurbished nature of course raises some questions but it came basically like new since I bought the excellent condition version! It came unlocked and the color was very nice as advertised. I wish Google offered more storage but I manage by backing it up often and being choosey with my apps. The camera is very nice. This was my first phone and I love it! :) Read more
