This pack is absolutely fantastic. It did exactly what we needed it to - act as a high amp starter-ready power unit for a scarab mkii race car (339ci V8 with Hilborn constant flow mechanical fuel injection system) which only had a generator off of its drive shaft. I used it for both priming the fuel system and starting the car (a 1-2 minutes heavy power/amperage process each time) 5 times and this thing performed beautifully, and after 5 uses the battery was still at 78%!! This is a must have for any car guy who needs a battery backup and jump box solution. For what it does, the size of this thing is tiny as well, which is a huge plus. The only thing I would recommend is 1.) having a more in-depth instruction manual included with the unit. I had to scan a QR code to get a more detailed instruction manual, which I am not a fan of. Call me old-school, but I like having full paper manuals! And 2.) INCLUDE A BASIC CHARGER FOR THE UNIT! While it was cool that this thing charged off of the 100w USB fast charger for my phone, not including one is no bueno. IMO- a fast charger should come with it, because everything you need to charge it should be in the storage bag and kept together. Even if you charge another $10 or whatever as an option at check out, offer it! Overall it’s easy to use and a great value for the money. So far after a month it matched expectations. Very simple and easy to use. Overall construct looks solid and robust with decent IPX rating. Strong power delivery and helped revive a practically dead battery. First boost only dropped battery by 3-4%. Display is good in dark and low ligh conditions. For the overall package, with the various connectors and storage pouch (though length of cables and storage pouch is adequate and could use more length) I feel this is very good reasonably priced car tool for 80-90% of most users. Makes me seriously consider the other products of the company, like the one with an air pump even if I tend to be quite cautious with all-in-one products (rare to find them excel in all their functions). But Gooloo does seem to produce a solid battery product. Read more

Charges fast with included charger. Jumps starts anything under the sun, even stone dead batteries with the boost button. I purchased this jump starter for my diesel truck. When it’s cold outside and my truck sits for multiple days the batteries don’t have enough power to turn the motor with the extremely cold temps. I use this during an extremely cold day up in the northeast and the truck started right up. This product is great to also help other people who may need a jumpstart as well. Pretty awesome. I have my suv in the shop due to an accident. When I went to go pick it up. Dead battery. I live in wisconsin and it was cold cold that day. My trunk wouldn't even open due to how dead my battery was. It would turn over maybe 2 times and done. Then I remembered I had this on the back trunk. Luckily I was able to get to it from the back seat. I know I charged it to 100 before I put it back there. When I was able to get it and turn it on, it was still at 100%. Its been back there for at least 3 months. Connected it to my battery. Made sure it was correct and boosted. And BAM, suv started. It was probably in the low teens that day so it was cold. So this one is actually the 2nd one I purchased for my other vehicle. Definitely definitely recommended. Especially if you live in cold weather and dont want to be stranded due to a dead battery. I eventually replaced my battery cause it started having starting issues. But to have the extra peice of mind. Can't go wrong. Does charge up pretty quick. I do like the big display of what the percentage of battery is left. Doesn't take up too much space. And like I said, a good peice of mind. Anyone questioning if this is a good booster. I have a remodel that I’ve been using for years and thought it was time to upgrade and get a stronger one. Used this once, charged it and put it in the nice little storage bag go to use it Again less than a month later and it was dead battery or so I thought as it wouldn’t turn on. Annoyed I take it in the house plug it in to charge it. The device immediately starts beeping flashing error code e4 and 0%. Using the digital QR code for manual it says to wait 10 min try again did that the next step says it could be a temperature issue wait 24hrs try again did that same issue the next step is to return it well I threw the packaging away so I guess that’s it over 100 dollars gone? Don’t waste the money on this. I don’t even know how to contact the company to see if they could make it right. I’m just lucky that my old model though on its last leg is still functional. The company reached out and offered me a refund. I accepted the refund, however the refund amount was different than my purchase price it is the new lower sales price. They tried to make it right and for that I appreciate it. Read more
