The pillow fluffed up quickly but it isn't nearly as soft as I had hoped for. With the channelling I had hoped for more fluff. I am on the edge between three and four with my rating but perhaps I didn't do enough homework. It's not nearly like the fluffy pillows I have experienced in upscale hotels. Read more
