Great price at $13.99 for this stainless steel water bottle and snack container combo. I ordered this for my niece when she comes to visit. Mom and dad always seem to forget her water bottle. It's the perfect size for a 10-year-old and I can pack her healthy organic snacks to eat while she is here. It will end up staying at my house, so it doesn't get lost otherwise and we will always have it on hand for her visits. I'm sure she will love it, blue is her favorite color. Before I use or let anybody in my family use products I order online, I perform a simple lead swab test. Happy to say this one passed! It also passed my leak test. Filled it with water and shook it vigorously, no leaks. The top lids are easy to unscrew and rescrew, with all parts very easily accessible for cleaning. The snack container was also easy to screw on and off. The top carry handle appears sturdy and durable. I also tested the stability of the water bottle without the snack cup attached and it stood up just fine. Looked a little odd without it, but in case that plastic ever shatters or breaks, it's good to know it can stand up on its own without it attached. Overall I found this to be a good value for $13.99. This quickly became my daughters favorite water bottle. She had her tonsils and adenoids taken out and couldnt drink from a straw for 2 weeks, which is when we had gotten this. All of her other water bottles required you to suck through a straw, while this one pours out. Its very nice for on the go, but I will say since the weight is mostly on top it is top heavy. The design is nice and stuck on, and we added a sticker with her name to the bottom "snack" area. We do occasionally use the snack container area, which is nice. After having it about 2 months and being dropped etc it looks no different from all the abuse, however the seal has started to drip if its upside down or tilted which is a bummer. I noticed it after my daughter threw her bookbag on the front seat of my car after school, it had a slow drip. I tried to tighten it and it continued, I even removed it to see if it wasnt threaded right and it still has the slight drip. The handle is nice and sturdy, not cheap or chinsy feeling at all. I like this water bottle. Overall, it's larger than I expected it would be when the snack container is on it, but that's not a problem, just an observation. The pink color is vibrant and pretty. The two downsides are that (as others have said) the snack container is on VERY tight when you first get it. I had to have help taking the snack container off, but after it's been taken off once, it's easier from then on. The second downside is that I would have preferred the lid be a flip-top instead of a screw top, but I should have paid better attention to that before ordering.
