The bell bottoms have mesh, not lace. I was disappointed because I really wanted lace at the bottom, not mesh... so don't be fooled by the name of these. Other than that, they fit as expected and were more than long enough for someone who is about 5'7. I ended up wearing my more expensive leggings underneath them to give me a better shape, otherwise these probably wouldn't have been super flattering on my body type. It was cold, so it worked out. A bit tight in the thigh area if you're a bigger girl (my thigh circumference is ~28.5") but overall it shapes you up well, however if you have a bit of a muffin top you can either use some seamless shapewear underneath, a corset, or a belt to distract from it. The material is thin but not see-through, it's like wearing yoga pants so you may hear your thighs rubbing against one another which can cause the material to bead/fray overtime. I'm shorter so the inseam is a bit long but it does fit like true high waist bottoms, stretch fine but doesn't give in too much as to lose out on it being form fitting. Overall the quality is good.
