They're doing the job well, and it's nice to have a smaller and larger one to better fit the items being cooked. I used these the other night while frying some shrimp and they made the turning process nice and simple compared to the spatula flipping I'd been doing previously. Been using these for about 8 months now. Bought because cheaper ones kept snapping open and actually cutting me.... Don't have that problem anymore these stay shut .have not come loose I use them to cook every meal. Been using them daily and they have washed great they don't stain you can use them on very hot surfaces with no melting or any damage to the ends.
