Must have large counter space or move to another area to use. I place in corner and pull forward for use. Works well for me as I have limited counter height (11 1/2 in). Grills well with little to no smoke. instruction are well written and easy to understand. The glass lid comes off for easy cleaning. I have search for this oven combo for months and I think I chose a great one for my needs. It was also a good value based on others I looked at. I love the top loading feature. It’s so convenient. I can see how my food is cooking. If I had a manufacturers recommendation it would be to equip with a way to remove grill/basket when hot. Handles are convenient but must wait until it cools to remove. It looks so nice in the space. I must give the best rating overall due to my large counter space, cabinet height limitations and top loading feature. Read more

After a few uses this grill has become too much of a hazard. The first couple of uses it seemed to cook well, however, now it overheats, displays an error (E3) prompt, and shuts down. I have no idea what E3 stands for as there is nothing in the instructions about any error messages, nor is there any trouble shooting guide that refers ANY problems. The photographs that are attached illustrate the inconsistencies with the ambient temperatures. The temperature was set for 365F and it started to spike upward of 425F. What the photographs don’t show, is the burning electrical smell coming from the grill, or the buzzing sound coming from the display panel. The other issue is with the drip tray. I’ve done nothing but hand wash the tray after every use with mild dish detergent and warm water, and it is still difficult to work the grate back into the plastic insert. The manual instructs to allow the grill to completely cool down before removing the drip tray, which I did every time. The drip tray was hand washed and completely cool down every time, and it’s still warped. I considered taking the grill to a small appliance repair shop, however, I think at this point, I’ll just chalk it up as lesson learned about Gourmia products. Read more

I was looking at Buying one of those multi functional ovens, but then I found this Grill/ Air Fryer combo that does so many things that I had to have one of these. These days, who wants to turn on their oven and prepare a dinner that takes so much time to cook???? I just received my smokeless indoor grill today but I haven't used it yet. But I know I will be using it quite often! Why go out for fast food? When you can make something you crave with this machine faster than driving to a fast food place and pay outrageous prices? With this machine you can make it your way and just as fast as takeout or even faster and CHEAPER!!! Read more

The Gourmia Grill works as promised. So nice to be able to set time and temp. It lets you know when it is preheated and when to turn the item. It is very nice to be able to see how the food is cooking through the glass lid without losing heat by opening. There are two things I didn't like and wasn't able to find a solution on their website. The metal part of the drip tray is very difficult to put back together after cleaning. Now about 1 1/2 years later the metal finish is coming off. If it were made of the same nonstick material as the grill plate it would be so much easier to clean. The hardest part to clean is the inside where the heating elements are. It would be much easier is they could be removed for cleaning. Read more
