Five stars (with a small setup caveat) -- At the time of this review I have only been using for a few days. This is my first Govee product. I absolutely love the Govee Gaming Light Bars Pro—once they’re up and running, they’re fantastic. The colors are vibrant, the reactive lighting adds real immersion to games and movies, and the overall build quality feels solid and premium. They instantly elevated my desk setup and sync beautifully once configured. One potential challenge: setup can be a little tricky if your home network primarily runs on 5GHz Wi-Fi, since the bars require 2.4GHz for pairing and LAN-based immersion features. What worked for me (in case it helps others): - Created a guest network that broadcasts 2.4GHz - Connected my phone, computer, and the light bars to that network - Completed setup in the Govee app - Kept everything on the guest/LAN network, since immersion works best when all devices are on the same local network I also paired them with Alexa effortlessly—even though my Echo device is on a 5GHz Wi-Fi network, it hasn’t caused any issues at all. Since doing this, the experience has been mostly rock solid so long as the LAN stays connected. The app is intuitive, the lighting effects are impressive, and the real-time immersion is excellent. The media could not be loaded. Functionality: At first, I was skeptical of the product since most of the reviews were Amazon vine customers, but I decided to pick up two of them and they did not disappoint. I’m a big fan of these lights because they fit into the Govee ecosystem. I already have eight lights from them and Govee‘s quality never disappoints. compared to other Govee products the brightness is definitely decent and I feel the build quality is going to hold up over the years. They are on the more expensive side, but I do recommend them because they have the cyberpunk look that fits into my set up. Read more

They look pretty cool, almost futuristic and emit bright lighting. I returned these for another product they make because I wanted them to mimic the colors on my PC screen but couldn't get the lan link to work. They worked with Govee desktop but had a small delay that annoyed me. Overall aother nice product from them! Read more
