The fabric is lightweight and comfortable in the heat, but also has that nice drapping luxurious feel. I was able to find a balcanotte bra already in my closet that fit under the straps perfect. I just received this dress yesterday and I am already so impressed with the quality and the look. Packaging & Unboxing: The packaging was excellent. It arrived almost vacuum-sealed in a perforated Ziploc-style bag, keeping it protected and neat. Cut & Fabric: The cut of this dress is very flattering. It has a great flow to it and the fabric feels incredibly cool and comfortable. It hits right at the top of my ankle, and the secure smocking at the bust gives it a nice shape. Note that the tie at the chest is just for decoration and doesn't adjust the fit. The Strap Situation: As others have mentioned, the straps are set a bit wide and don't completely cover bra straps. I haven't adjusted mine from the loosest setting yet, but with the right bra, it isn't an issue for me. Opacity & Pockets: I was worried about it being see-through based on other reviews, but this darker green is perfectly opaque. It even has a light slip sewn in for extra security. Note for pocket lovers: This dress does not have pockets, but the streamlined cut makes up for it! Value for Money: For the price point, this is a fantastic value. Beautiful design, floral pattern and dark orange color . Thick material, non see through. No pockets, medium sized straps, which broke while I was wearing it . This is my favorite dress Pros: -great lower lag length—higher if tall, lower if short, a length that fits everyone -uneven hem is fun -great for evening hot weather, put on a sweater if it’s cool -not too low cut, a very flattering line at top, classy, gently elasticized bodice so works for moderate chest size comfortably with perfect coverage.
