We've had this rug in a high-traffic bathroom for 2 years now. We launder our rugs in commercial machines once every 6 weeks to 2 months. The positive notes: The rug feels as soft and absorbent as when it was new. The color hasn't faded or run at all. The negative notes: This rug is described as machine washer/dryer compatible. However, after 6 months, the backing shrank so much, the rug bunched up around the edges, becoming a tripping hazard. In an attempt to stretch it out, the backing shredded away. Bottom line: We got 2 years use from this rug. Not a bad deal for the price, but I really would've like to get more use from them. Read more
