That does not mean it's bad or it doesn't work
I've used this soap for only 3 days. I am a big fan of Grandpa Soap Co. Pine Tar soap and thought I'd give this a try just to quell my curiosity about charcoal soaps. I may have to use it longer to see any benefits from the charcoal but from an initial point of view, it is not very different from many other run-of-the-mill soaps I've used. That does not mean it's bad or it doesn't work. It seems to work as any other soap. The pine tar soap made a noticeable difference on my skin, hair and beard the first time I used it. I don't use this charcoal soap on my hair or beard but there is no noticeable difference on my skin. It has less scent than I expected. It has tiny grains that I suppose are there to exfoliate your skin but are very obnoxious and painful on certain softer parts of my body. Other than those two things, nothing stands out. Read more
