I love these pants! They are so comfortable and they wash really well; no wrinkles! I love that they are half elastic and have a button and zipper on the front (they even have pockets, although the pockets aren't very deep). They are lined and an extra button is included. They are definitely a good value for the price and the quality is excellent. I would love to buy a pair in every color, and I have ordered two more. My black Grapents look and feel like expensive corduroy pants. Very comfortable. I am 5 ft/5.25 inches and ordered the Medium, which the write-up showed was commensurate with size 8-10. Typically, I wear every bit of a 10 yet found these just slightly too roomy even for barrel/baggy pants. The shape is flattering anyway, and I am keeping this pair. Starting a new job I needed to add to my wardrobe. I wasn't sure about corduroy-it's been so long, and the corduroy from my youth was stiff. These are so soft with lining, great length, elastic band. The color was perfect to go with tops I already had and shoes. I could even wear 1-2" heels and they aren’t too short. (I am 5'6") I also got the grey color and will look for black. Highly recommend!
