I'm 5'1, athletic build, roughly 140 pounds and the medium fit perfectly. The elastic is nice and provides a comfortable "give". The length hits me just at my ankle bone which was just what I wanted. They wash well and don't notice any harsh wrinkles from sitting. They look and feel like a nice office attire pant. I even walk in them on my lunch break and have no issues.
