I was honestly kinda leery about using the screens for the fan but they’re working just fine. They’re a little finicky to put on but it’s not a big issue. The SSD card cooling vent is great, easy to install and actually keeps the system about 3° cooler. Update 12-05-2025 I took the plates off my PS5 Pro to do routine cleaning. The pictures posted are from today’s cleaning. We have 3 dogs, Chocolate Lab, Yellow Lab and a Dachshund. These dogs shed, especially in the spring and then in the fall. I clean my electronics (outside) and my TV, Fireplace entertainment stand daily but haven’t cleaned the inside of the PS5 Pro since I installed these screens. This is what these screens have helped with. They’ve reduced the amount of dust, dog hair, pet dander, etc. from penetrating my gaming consoles. I’ve been so impressed I bought one for my Steam Deck, Switch 1-2, etc. They are well worth the money. Read more

Just upgraded my SSD on my ps5 and saw that having one made something run hot so I’m sure that’s what this is for. Plus it comes with Fan net type cover for the fans which seems promising. I’ll tell you this though just cuz you got this doesn’t mean you don’t have to clean out your PS5 anymore. I’m sure it helps but I’m sure it doesn’t still build up on top like normal so. It also comes with dust covers for maybe unused Buttons since it’s dust that most likely a huge problem with the PS5. Everything fit fine and am sure this will last me a while. My PS5 is whisper quiet and hasn't overheated since adding the vented SSD cover and fan filters. After installing the additional SSD my PS5 fans were loud on start-up, after putting on the vented cover it doesn't make a sound. The fan filters were very easy to install and provides great dust protection. The silicone plugs for the ports and brushes are a nice addition. Read more
