I use 2 scoops of unflavored Great Lakes Wellness grass-fed bovine collagen peptides powder every morning in my coffee, it dissolves quicky, really has no flavor! Almost 2 months of taking this and I can feel and see the difference in my skin and nails. I'm older woman, late 60's and I am on a healthy diet plan, so this a perfect start to my daily routine. I also take glucosamine chondroitin so I'm not certain if this product has relieved pain in my joints and/or cartilage, but I'm moving much better and I've been able to do some stretching and strength training, with 30 minutes or more of a rock n roll dance "routine". Works well for my digestion, skin, and plantar fasciitis. Dissolves well, although not as well as displayed in the video. Tastes and smells AWFUL which is the only reason I didn't give the product 5 stars.
