I think I got what I expected from this sweater based on pictures, description and reviewers posts. I should have put on jeans or something but I tried on when I was wearing old ratty shorts so it's probably not the best picture. But if you can get past the shorts, I think it generally fits well, will be comfy for winter and is the color it says it is online! I bought it because I'm pregnant and will be 7 - 8 months when Fall hits (due in November) so I assume I'll need some extra room in the belly area and thought perhaps this sweater will work. I THINK it will but it is slightly form fitting so not sure if I want to risk stretching it out. It will depend on how big I get. When I took the picture I was probably 129 lbs, am 5'4" tall and have a generally proportionate build. I gave the softness a lower score because it isn't soft by any means but it won't leave scratch marks on you either. Plus, most will likely wear something under it so not a big deal. The quality isn't top notch either but you get what you pay for and it will last you through at least a season or two. As you can tell by the photo, this sweater is susceptible to 'pulls'. Right out of the package there were several areas that had to be pulled back into place. This kind of speaks to the overall quality of the piece which I would say is mediocre. There are much higher quality sweaters out there at this price point. The fit is good. It is flattering overall and has a nice shape. Extremely warm and cozy. This has received compliments after one wear which is nice. It does look good. I like the patterns the buttons are in and how it lays out around the neck and down the front. Very unique looking. The coloring is nice as well. I am worried that as I go out in it that it will catch on just about everything and cause pulls. This isn't something that I see lasting a very long time simply because of that.
