I was waking up to some rather unpleasant stink each morning - my guys think licking my face is a great way to wake me up in the morning - but now I toss out a few Greenies before bed and they smell fine. My cats can be fussy, but they all really like these treats! Greenies are the right size to pounce on (throw them to make a game out of it!) and are easy for them to chew. The quality is excellent and I approve of the ingredients. Plus, the treats stay fresh in the resealable bag. Note: If your kitties are curious like mine, you WILL need to hide these out of reach, otherwise your furry friends will find them and feast! The treats are fairly priced. They cost about the same as other brands but do a lot more. My cats hate having their teeth brushed, so these also help me feel better when I can't get a toothbrush or dental wipe on those teefers. Seeing some older cats with dental problems on YouTube caused me to think about the teeth of our middle-aged cat, (he is 10 years old). I checked with Chewy, this product had high recommendations and so we bought a box with our regular order. Our cat is not a finicky eater, but the Greenies Oven-Roasted Chicken Treats drove him crazy with delight!! We no longer have to call him; all we do is shake a package of treats and a black streak will appear in the doorway. We got this package at Amazon because he coaxed us and did his dances in a bright square of sunlight on the living room floor, so we gave him too much. I mean, what are you gonna do, Cat-Owners? I do not know what kind of job it is doing on his teeth, but hearing the crunchy sounds as he enjoys chewing up a nugget seems to be cleaning his teeth, (these nuggets are NOT hard, by the way). The price for one of these 9.75 oz. tubs is not outrageous, and chances are you can find them a little cheaper if you look around. 8 months ago I had to take my cat to the vet for dental extractions. 8 teeth in all had to be removed. I took my cat to the vet the other day for a dental recheck and she told me that my cat's teeth had some build up. She recommended that I get these. My cat is pretty picky on what he likes to eat. Not a fan on wet food for example. However my cat loves these. I got the roasted chicken flavor.
